All Trafi’s operations in Helsinki region will move into one office on 4 April 2011

Transport Safety Agency Trafi moves to Vallila in Helsinki. Our new street address is Kumpulantie 9, 00520 Helsinki.

The postal address, telephone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses will remain unchanged.

Customer service

The customer service centre for special vehicle registration at Hakaniemenranta will be closed as of 11 March.
The service will be available again at the new office as of 21 March 2011.

The aviation customer service centre at Ilmailutie will be open until 1 April 2011 and will start in the new office as of 4 April 2011.

The maritime customer service centre at Porkkalankatu will be mostly closed between 28 March and 1 April. However, in exceptional situations we can also
serve customers during this time, either at Porkkalankatu or at the Kumpulantie office.
