In this section, you can find customer service forms related to aviation, use our online form to provide information on your annual flight operation hours, and report accidents, serious incidents and flight safety deficiencies within the Finnish territory. Finnish aviation regulations are also available on this site.
Use the "Contact us" section to get in touch with Trafi to ask questions or give feedback. Under "Contact us", you can also find a passenger report form for reporting safety deficiencies in commercial air transport.
The PDF forms may be either filled out on the screen and then printed out, or first printed out and then filled out in pen. Send the forms to Trafi by regular mail. To open a PDF form you need the Adobe Reader program, which is available free of charge at http://www.adobe.com.

Our telephone service in aviation licence issues is available on working days 9-11 am and 1-3 pm. You can reach us via Trafi’s telephone exchange (tel. 029 534 500).
